The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 


How you will CELLebrate

  • Coordinating and supporting digitization projects 
  • Participating in the specification of requirements in the area of Production IT (plant suppliers in battery cell production)
  • Advising, supporting, setting standards for the digitalization of production processes 
  • Developing intelligent user interfaces for logistics, maintenance, production, quality assurance
  • Supporting the implementation of new IT systems in cooperation with the digitalization team
  • Establishing a digital value stream
  • Implementing new IT tools for the Industrial Engineering & Production System area (Simulation of work content, activities and production processes, assessment of human work in terms of ergonomics, workload assessment cycle time diagrams)
  • Analyzing and evaluating manufacturing processes in terms of process and system support, and developing improvement measures using economic benchmarks
  • Developing a digital shopfloor dashboard with all mandatory KPIs
  • Introducing IT solutions for predictive maintenance
  • Monitoring and controlling of project targets (deadlines, costs, quality)
  • Advising and supporting other departments, such as P, L, IT, etc. within the scope of the task area 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in mechanical engineering, technical business administration, (business) informatics or similar education

  • Experience in agile IT development or service projects 

  • Knowledge of relevant KPI in production

  • Experience in project management 

  • Strong communication and conflict solving skills

  • Analytical thinking

  • Organizational skills and time management

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to perform, initiative and efficiency

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 

  • Business fluent English language skills for our international team
