The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Technical coordination of the electrode process set-up for the mass production of cathode and anode electrodes
  • Trouble-shoot for failures and defects in mixing and coating, among other electrode processes
  • Support the hot commissioning and SAT (site acceptance test) of the electrode production lines
  • Support production ramp-up and improve yield rate
  • Interface Planning, Production, Quality, Product Design and Equipment Supplier Teams to ensure product roll-out
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • 3+ years’ experience of electrode production of lithium-ion cells in mass production scale
  • Strong hands-on experience of slurry mixing and/or roll-to-roll slot-die coating
  • Strong hands-on experience in measurement and characterization techniques of slurry and/or electrode
  • Hands-on experience in statistical process control tools
  • Domestic and international travel readiness

 

 

 

What else can you bring

  • Fluent English for technical and business communications
  • Working experience in the multi-cultural company
  • Proficiency in German is a plus
