The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.

 

How you will CELLebrate

Delivery of products in terms of time, cost & quality:

  • Introducing and implementing agile working methods in a concrete project for a cross-functional, intercultural team
  • Coordinating and aligning a cross-functional team
  • Preparing, facilitating and documenting of agile events (in an IT-System) and workshops
  • Escalating obstacles
  • Resource planning and schedule coordination for the team
  • Regular project progress reporting within the project structure
     
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar education

  • Experience with agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)

  • Experience with moderation and facilitation of workshops 

  • Experience within the battery or automotive industry

  • Transformation experience 

  • Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications and JIRA

  • High level of team capability and communication skills

  • High level of intercultural comepetence

  • Fluent English and German language skills
