The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Participating in the creation of KPI's in the battery cell factory
  • Monitoring and preparing KPI reports across all PowerCo sites
  • Independent target and performance deviation analyses
  • Identifying efficiency and productivity potentials 
  • Central monitoring and control of measures to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Assisting in the preparation of management meetings, discussions and presentations
  • Preparing, consolidating, synchronizing and commenting on key productivity figures 
  • Contributing to the digitalization of processes and reports 
  • Assisting in task force assignment decisions based on evaluation of efficiency and productivity data
  • Establishing a "productivity competition"
  • Auditing and evaluating methods and standards set by headquarters in PowerCo plants
  • Supporting the development of standard books in the battery cell factory in collaboration with all necessary functions and interfaces
  • Participating in the development of battery cell networks (lessons learned / best practice overview and lists of potentials incl. benchmark testing and implementation)
  • Knowledge transfer and networking across all PowerCo
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in mechanical engineering, technical business administration, economics or similar education

  • Knowledge of relevant KPI in manufacturing

  • Experience in project management

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Organizational skills and time management

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to perform, proactive and efficient

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 

  • Business fluent English language skills for our international team
