The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 


How you will CELLebrate

  • Coordinate the roll-out program planning for the cell area in the factories of PowerCo
  • Establish a systematic allocation of facilities and plants, taking into account profitability and location factors 
  • Coordinate required processing capacities with manufacturing and planning (short and medium term) to establish a demand-capacity forecast
  • Perform continuous program and occupancy planning after start of production (SoP) 
  • Ensure optimal assignment of manufacturing in the plants as well as internal and external customer orders  
  • Ensure parts availability for internal customers in accordance with existing production orders

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed studies in the field of business administration, logistics management, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Advanced experience in production planning/ program planning/ factory scheduling 
  • Knowledge of MS Office & logistics IT systems 
  • High degree of initiative and hands-on problem analysis skills 
  • Very good assertiveness and communication skills 
  • Solid English language skills
