The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.
How you will CELLebrate
- Analysing HR-specific key figures and maintaining corresponding HR reports with a focus on our headquarters
- Adaptation of the reporting system to the needs and requirements of the company, brand and Group in coordination with the subgroup
- Development and maintenance of logics of personnel-driven provision topics as input for finance as well as for the calculation of real and planned labour costs
- Support with other workforce management topics as required and according to own knowledge
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical/university degree in economics or comparable qualification
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
- Affinity for numbers
- High analytical competence, initiative, problem-solving ability and a high degree of teamwork skills
What else can you bring
- Practical experience with SAP (especially SAP SuccessFactors)
- Business fluent in English
- (First) professional experience and experience in project management
