The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Roll-out and optimize digital project management processes and reporting standards
  • Consolidate PMO and Operations users requirements regarding workflows, user interface and use cases
  • Communicate requirements  to developers to drive implementation and testing of features and stability measures
  • Ensure the implementation of process updates, changes and optimizations and collaborating with internal teams
  • Implementation and optimization of training concepts for the qualification of PowerCo employees in the project management software
  • Developing and implementing service strategies: identifying customer needs, bridging communication, and creating plans to meet those needs
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Graduated with a degree in Engineering, Business or IT
  • Proven experience in project management and with project management software/ reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills
  
 
What else can you bring
  • Experience with one or more: Oracle Primavera, Oracle Aconex, PowerBI, PowerApps
  • Experience in Data Analytics
  • Project Management Certificates
